Access PEI services at Queen Elizabeth Hospital now permanent

Access PEI’s mobile service at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) is now permanent following a successful four‑month pilot, making it easier for Islanders to access government services.

During the pilot, Access PEI scheduled more than 90 appointments and delivered over 100 services, demonstrating strong demand and positive results.

“This initiative makes it easier for people to manage everyday tasks during busy or stressful times. We’re pleased to keep bringing services closer to Islanders where they need them most.”

- Minister of Transportation, Infrastructure and Energy Ernie Hudson

QEH patients, families, and staff can take care of vehicle registrations, renewals, and other Access PEI services right at the hospital, delivered by the same expert staff.

Services will continue to be offered at the QEH twice a month, with upcoming dates scheduled for June 18 and 19. View more dates at PrinceEdwardIsland.ca/AccessPEIMobile

The program builds on other efforts, such as mobile clinics across the province, to make government services more convenient and accessible.
