Replacement of Doyle’s Bridge in Tignish has begun and it will be open to traffic by the end of June, 2025.
The existing bridge, which was built in 1953, will be replaced due to the structure nearing the end of its service life.
The new bridge will be 27.5 metres long.
All traffic will be detoured for the duration of the project.
