Respiratory illness outbreak on Horizon household at Summerset Manor

An outbreak of an unknown respiratory illness has been declared on Horizon Household at Summerset Manor in Summerside.

All residents will be limited to one visitor at a time. All visitors will be asked to follow the current infection control measures including wearing a mask. Visitors are reminded not to visit if they are feeling unwell.
