Motorists advised of communication line work along Capital Drive

Motorists are advised that crews will be conducting communication line work along Capital Drive in Charlottetown, between North River Road (near the Queens Arms Esso) and the Maypoint roundabout.

Dates: 

Construction activities are now underway from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Traffic:

Drivers should expect intermittent traffic delays in the area and are encouraged to use caution and follow posted signage and traffic control personnel.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
