Lane closure for Hillsborough Bridge

Motorists are advised of an upcoming lane closure on the Hillsborough Bridge in Charlottetown for construction work.

Crews will be onsite pouring concrete for repairs to the bridge.

Date:

June 18: Work will take place in the eastbound double lane (heading towards Stratford) from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Traffic: 

Traffic will be reduced in the affected areas, and motorists should expect delays. Drivers are asked to use caution, follow posted signage, and obey traffic control personnel.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
