Labour and industrial relations office moving to new location

Effective April 27, the provincial government’s Labour and Industrial Relations office is moving from the Sherwood Business Centre to the Atlantic Technology Centre in Charlottetown.

The office includes the following:

• Employment Standards Branch
• Labour Relations Board
• Employment Standards Board
• Office of the Worker Advisor
• Workers’ Compensation Appeal Tribunal

New address as of April 27:

Atlantic Technology Centre
Suite 306, 3rd Floor
176 Great George Street
Charlottetown, PE 
C1A 4K9

All services offered by the office will stay the same. The Office of Employer Advisor will remain at the Aubin Arsenault Building, and all its regular services will also continue.
