Irishtown Road structure replacement scheduled

Work on the Irishtown Road structure replacement in Burlington will commence on November 2 and is expected to be completed by February 28, 2027.

The current structure has reached the end of its service life.

Traffic:

All traffic will be detoured for the duration of the project, with signage in place to guide motorists along the designated detour route.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
