Innovation PEI launches Small Business Week activity series
Prince Edward Island’s small business community is invited to take part in a week-long series of professional development and networking activities during Small Business Week.
Small Business Week is an annual national celebration of entrepreneurship, recognizing small businesses across the nation and their direct contributions to the economy and community. Thousands of online and in-person activities across Canada are organized to celebrate the week, and everyone is invited to participate.

This year, Innovation PEI has organized a week-long series of activities to recognize the importance of local businesses and provide learning opportunities to help Island businesses grow and succeed.
The Small Business Week activity series includes:
- October 19, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Open house and business networking event at BioFoodTech in Charlottetown
- October 20, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Lunch and Learn, Own Your Stack: AI-Built Software for Small Business presented by Coltin Handrahan of Stay Golden Custom, at Mill River Resort
- October 21, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. - PEI Export Excellent Luncheon at the Delta Prince Edward in Charlottetown
- October 22, 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. - Lunch and Learn, Own Your Stack: AI-Built Software for Small Business presented by Coltin Handrahan of Stay Golden Custom, at Brudenell River Resort
