PEI property tax payment reminder

Property owners across the Island are reminded that the final instalment of their 2026 property taxes is due Nov. 30, 2026.

Property tax payments can be made in one of the following ways:

• By cash, cheque or debit at any Access PEI site.
• By cash, cheque or debit at a financial institution. Automatic payments are encouraged to avoid interest charges.
• By cheque using the provincial drop box located at 95 Rochford St., First Floor, Shaw Building South, Charlottetown.
• By mailing a cheque to:

  Finance and Affordability
  P.O. Box 880
  Charlottetown, PE
  C1A 7M2

PEI property tax statements were mailed to all property owners in May 2026. Replacement copies can be requested online or property owners can use the property tax balance inquiry to check their outstanding balances.
