Storm sewer improvements scheduled for Marion Drive in Stratford

A section of Marion Drive between Mutch Drive and Perley Drive will be temporarily closed as work continues on storm sewer upgrades in Stratford.

The closure will allow for the installation of a storm sewer structure.

Dates: 

October 12 with work expected to be completed by October 23, weather permitting. 

Traffic:

Through traffic will not be permitted on Marion Drive during the road closure. 

Access for local residents will be maintained throughout the construction period. 

Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes and allow for additional travel time.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
