Final stage of roundabout construction underway in Cornwall

Work is underway to complete the new roundabout at the intersection of Route 235 (Kingston Road), Route 248 (Warren Grove Road), and Lakeview Drive in Cornwall.

The remaining work includes painting pavement markings, building sidewalks, grading areas beside the road, restoring driveways, landscaping, and general site cleanup.

Dates: 

Work is underway and is expected to last approximately three weeks.

Traffic:

Motorists should expect occasional stop-and-go traffic from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Delays can be expected during those times.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
