Asphalt resurfacing for Five Houses

Asphalt resurfacing work is scheduled for Route 2 in Five Houses.

Work begins 500 meters west of the Mill Road and continues west along Route 2 towards St. Peters for approximately 1.3 km.

Dates: 

August 12, with work expected to last two weeks.

Traffic:

Two-way, one-lane, stop-and-go traffic will be in effect. Delays can be expected.

Safety: 

• Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
• Reduce speed in the area. 
• Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
