Temporary lane closure during bridge repairs

Motorists are advised that crews will be conducting expansion joint repairs on the North River Bridge in Cornwall.

The eastbound (toward Charlottetown) outside lane will be closed while the work is underway.

Dates: 

August 5, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Traffic:

Traffic control personnel will be on site to help manage traffic flow.

Safety: 

• Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
• Reduce speed in the area. 
• Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
