Asphalt resurfacing taking place in Miltonvale Park

Asphalt resurfacing is taking place on Route 2 in Miltonvale Park. 

The work begins at the intersection of Route 2 and 7 (Rustico Road) and proceeds east (towards Charlottetown) on Route 2 for approximately 800 metres in the eastbound through lane only. 

This will improve the quality of the road surface and improve drainage.

Dates: 

June 22 at 12 p.m. and lasts until 7 p.m.

Traffic:

Two-way, stop-and-go traffic will be in effect.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
