Traffic restrictions in place for Cornwall

A section of the Trans-Canada Highway between the North River Bridge and North River roundabout in Cornwall will be reduced to one lane to allow for utility work. 

This work will only affect drivers using the westbound lane (towards Borden).

Dates: 

June 22, with work lasting from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Traffic:

Motorists are also reminded to slow down and obey traffic control measures to allow crews to work safely. 

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
