Bridge repairs scheduled in Point Pleasant

Motorists are advised of bridge repairs taking place on Route 17 in Point Pleasant. 

Dates: 

August 31, with repairs expected to take three weeks to complete.

Traffic:

A one-way yield light will be in place, with lane widths restricted to four metres.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
