Culvert replacement taking place in Borden

Work to replace a roadway culvert and construct a new drainage ditch will take place on Dickie Road and Beach Road in Borden, near the intersection with the Trans-Canada Highway.

Dates: 

Construction on Dickie Road will start Monday, November 9 and last one day. 

Construction along Beach Road is expected to start Tuesday, November 10 and last approximately two weeks. 

Traffic:

Stop-and-go traffic will be in effect during the work.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
