Asphalt resurfacing will be taking place on Route 2 in Rosebank beginning approximately 320 metres west of Gard Road and proceeding west (towards Tignish) on Route 2 for approximately 1.9 km. This will improve the quality of the road surface and improve drainage.
Dates: Construction is expected to start tomorrow, Thursday, October 15th and last 1 week.
Traffic: Two-way one-lane stop-and-go traffic will be in effect. Delays can be expected.
Safety: Traffic should reduce speed and be prepared to stop. Obey the flaggers and signs. Using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, and speeding are against the law.
