Haunting season at PEI heritage sites
The PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation invites Island residents and visitors to take part in seasonal events at Beaconsfield Historic House and Orwell Corner Historic Village.
The two sites will host the following events throughout October:
Beaconsfield by Candlelight – Beaconsfield Historic House
Experience Beaconsfield Historic House as the sun goes down and the shadows grow long. Hear local tales of 19th century true crime, meet the PEI Museum and Heritage Foundation's most haunted artifact, Wheelie, and peer into Beaconsfield Historic House's darkest corners.

Showtime is 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. (doors open at 5 p.m.)

- October 16, 17, 20, 23, 24, 27 and 30
- November 3, 6, 7, 10, and 13 (Friday the 13th!)
Kids’ Halloween Hauntacular – Orwell Corner Historic Village
A family-friendly afternoon of Halloween fun, featuring trick-or-treating amongst the historic buildings, hands-on magic potion classes, wagon rides, blacksmithing demonstrations, family-friendly games, a village-wide scavenger hunt, and more!
Sunday, October 25 from 1pm to 3pm
