Paving begins for Cornwall roundabout

Asphalt paving will be taking place at the intersection of Route 235 (Kingston Road), Route 248 (Warren Grove Road), and Lakeview Drive for the new roundabout construction in Cornwall.

Dates:

Paving is expected to begin the morning of Friday, August 21 and be completed by the end of the day.

Over the following weeks, concrete and asphalt work will continue as the project nears completion.

Traffic:

Stop-and-go traffic will be in effect in all directions. Extended delays can be expected.

Alternative routes should be considered wherever possible to ensure you reach your destination on time.

Safety:

  • Reduce speed in the area.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
