Lane restrictions scheduled on Hillsborough Bridge for pier repairs

Motorists are advised that lane restrictions will be in effect on the Hillsborough Bridge in Charlottetown while pier repair work is underway.

Dates: 

From July 6 to July 11, a single lane on the west side of the Hillsborough Bridge (Stratford-bound) will be closed from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Traffic:

Motorists should expect minor delays and are encouraged to use caution when travelling through the work zone. Traffic control signage will be in place.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
