Parking disruption at Prince County Hospital the next two weekends for resurfacing
Visitors, staff, and patients at Prince County Hospital are advised a section of the parking lot will be closed for the next two weekends due to resurfacing.
All vehicles must be removed from the parking lot next to the emergency department by 3 p.m. Friday, June 19 or risk being towed. An alternate parking location will be available next to the construction zone and will be clearly marked. The lot will re-open to vehicles Sunday, June 21 at 7 p.m.
The lot will be closed again the following weekend from Friday, June 26 at 3 p.m. to Sunday, June 28 at 7 p.m.
The Emergency Department will remain open during this time with no service disruption.
Flaggers will be on site during the resurfacing to direct vehicles and pedestrians to their appropriate locations. An accessible walkway will also be clearly marked for those needing access to the emergency entrance.
