Roundabout construction taking place in Cornwall

Roundabout construction is taking place at the intersection of Route 235 (Kingston Road), Route 248 (Warren Grove Road), and Lakeview Drive in Cornwall. 

This work will improve safety and traffic flow at the intersection.

Dates: 

Work is now underway and is expected to be completed in 12 weeks.

Traffic:

  • Two-way, one-lane, stop-and-go traffic will be in effect at times.
  • Traffic may also be re-routed at times onto temporary roads through the worksite.
  • Delays can be expected. Alternative routes should be considered wherever possible.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
