Victoria Street in Bedeque to be closed during culvert replacement

A culvert replacement will require a closure on Victoria Street in Bedeque, near Leard Mill Road.

Dates: 

Work is currently underway and is expected to be completed by June 25.

Traffic:

  • Victoria Street will be closed to all traffic during construction.
  • A signed local detour will be in place.
  • Motorists should be prepared to stop and may encounter traffic control and construction equipment in the area.
  • Motorists are asked to reduce speed, follow posted signs, and use caution near the work zone.

Safety: 

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
