Cornwall: Upgrades to the wiring and cabinet for the traffic lights at the intersection of John Street and Kellow Drive. A new detection system will also be installed.

Dates: May 16 at 9 a.m. with work expected to finish at 3 p.m.

Traffic: Stop and go traffic will be in place. For an alternate route, motorists are advised to use the Cornwall Road to connect to the Trans-Canada Highway to and from Charlottetown.

Safety: Obey the flaggers and signs. Using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, and speeding are against the law.
