Work scheduled for Mill Creek Bridge in Grand River

Motorists are advised that work will be taking place to complete the Mill Creek Bridge replacement in Grand River.

This work includes paving, guardrail installation, wrapping of steel piles, as well as general landscaping and site clean-up.

Dates:
May 25, with work expected to be completed by June 5.

Traffic: 
There will be a detour using Route 131 to reconnect to Route 12. 

Motorists can use Hall Road, Palmer Road or MacIntosh Road to get around the work area.

Safety:

  • Plan ahead to reach your destination on time.
  • Reduce speed in the area. 
  • Obey flaggers and signs.
  • Remember, speeding and using your phone while driving, even when you’re waiting in traffic, are against the law.
